Refund Policy

REFUNDS AND EXCHANGES

All items except for our handmade items are refundable. Due to the unique handmade nature and limited editions of these items, we do not accept refunds or exchanges. All sales for these handmade items are final.

If you submit an order, you have agreed to the purchase of the item, it’s listing description and it’s photos. Please read the listings carefully and view additional photos before making your purchase. 

There will be absolutely no circumstance where an item that is labeled “Handmade” , “Custom” or “Made-to-order” will be returned or exchanged.

Please know this is a firm policy. Make an informed purchase by reading through this policy section and asking any questions before purchasing via info@ascentstyle.com.

In the very rare circumstance a return is granted, the item must be in the original condition that it was sent out in. Once received the decision will be made to either offer a refund or store credit. If you receive a credit it will be for value of the item (not including original, return or additional shipping costs). If a purchase is canceled before the item is sent out there will be a US$50 restocking fee, canceling an order entails us having to relist the item and additional marketing to sell it again.

Late or missing refunds (if applicable) If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted. If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at info@ascentstylecom. 

Sale items (if applicable) Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded. 

Exchanges (if applicable) We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at info@ascentstyle.com.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

If you are shipping an item over US$50, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
